I just started this program called Pilates for men> but i havent discovered the difference from female pilates. Im just really looking to achieve a stronger core. Are there any ladies out there that do pilates regularly? Do you have any advice/tips that would be beneficial before i hurt or injure myself. hahah im such a dork. : *(
